The widely renowned Zauner Patisserie was founded by Johann Zauner in 1832. Here the delicious Austrian Guglhupf cake is still being baked according to Katharina Schratt’s original recipe, enticing sweet pastries are created and, as it has been for almost 100 years now, the “Original Zaunerstollen” is being baked and sent home to customers all around the world.
